Refund Policy

All purchases made on Chemistra — including subscriptions, premium features and one-time unlocks — are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations, in full or in part.

Digital study content and features are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because access is granted immediately and cannot be "returned", all sales are final. We encourage you to explore the free features of the app thoroughly before making any purchase.

The only exceptions we review are genuine technical errors — for example, being charged twice for the same purchase, or being charged without receiving access. If this happens, contact us within 7 days with your payment receipt and we will investigate and correct it.

If you purchased through a third-party app store (such as Google Play), their billing terms also apply and refund requests may need to be raised with the store directly, in addition to contacting us.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable Indian law.
